SE50 Pneumatic Routing Machine

The SE50 Pneumatic Routing Machine is a high-speed, air-powered tool engineered for trimming reinforced plastic mouldings with precision and efficiency. Ideal for GRP applications, this compact unit is designed to operate with diamond-coated saws and routers when working with materials up to 3mm thick.

Capable of freehand or jig-guided routing, the SE50 accepts saw blades up to 40mm in diameter and routers up to 6mm in diameter. It features an easily removable auxiliary sleeve, allowing for rapid tool changes and improved workflow on the production line.

For enhanced control and protection, the machine includes a plain nose cowl, which serves both as a jig guide and as a shield for the collet and router shank—reducing wear during operation. A side exhaust keeps the working area clear, while the standard safety lever throttle ensures secure operation throughout extended use.

Note:
The SE50 has a side exhaust. The supplied plain nose cowl which can be used as a jig guide also protects both collet and router shank from abrasion.
