SE50 Pneumatic Routing Machine

The high speed air powered machine has been designed principally to be used in conjunction with our diamond coated saws and routers for trimming Reinforced Plastic mouldings up to 3mm thick using saws up to 40mm diameter, either freehand or following a jig. The machine incorporates an auxiliary sleeve which can be easily removed for rapid change of tooling and will accept routers up to 6mm diameter. The machine is supplied with a plain nose cowl and includes a safety lever throttle.

Note:
The SE50 has a side exhaust. The supplied plain nose cowl which can be used as a jig guide also protects both collet and router shank from abrasion.
