& CBN Cup Wheels
Electroplated diamond and CBN 6A2 Plain and 11A2 Tapered Cup Wheels are designed and manufactured for use on Surface Grinding machines as well as Bench mounted machines.
These Plain and Tapered Cup Wheels are produced in both diamond and CBN. The diamond wheels are ideal when used for grinding Tungsten Carbide, Ceramics and other hard materials and CBN wheels are also ideal when used to machine HSS and Steels harder that 40 Hrc .
Benefits include:
- No reduction to wheels diameter or loss of shape during use.
- No need to dress wheel.
- No dust generated through wheel breakdown.
- Worn out wheels can be retured to DK Holdings to be replated giving cost savings over new wheels.
