Supporting Circularity: Strip and Replate

We help our customers strengthen their own environmental performance through our Strip and Replate service. By refurbishing and reusing existing tool bodies, we eliminate the need to dispose of perfectly good steel components, helping to reduce waste and extend product life.

Working Responsibly with Suppliers

Over more than sixty years, we have built strong and trusted relationships with our supply chain partners. This enables us to work closely with them on shared environmental goals, including exploring the use of recyclable plastics and other improvements that reduce the environmental impact across our operations.

Quality, Health and Safety

Quality and safety underpin everything we do. We are proud to hold ISO9001:2015 Quality Management and ISO45001:2015 Health & Safety Management certifications, awarded by the British Assessment Bureau in March 2023. These accreditations reflect our commitment to continual improvement and safe working practices throughout our organisation.

People, Respect and Workplace Culture

Our employees are the backbone of our success, and we are committed to creating a respectful, supportive and inclusive workplace. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to bullying and harassment, with all staff expected to treat colleagues, customers, suppliers and visitors with dignity and respect.

Community and Charitable Support

or many years, DK Holdings has been proud to support local and national charitable initiatives. These include the Staplehurst Monarchs Football Club, Barnardo’s, Shine, MIND, Marie Curie and Lymphoma Research. Giving back to our community is an important part of who we are as a company.

United Nations Global Compact Commitment

DK Holdings has long aligned its values with the Ten Universal Principles of the United Nations Global Compact and we are proud to share that our Managing Director formally submitted our Letter of Commitment in September 2025.

By joining the UN Global Compact, we reaffirm our dedication to operating responsibly, supporting wider society and reporting transparently on our progress.

Our forthcoming Sustainability Report will reflect this commitment, incorporating the Ten Principles and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as part of our ongoing work to minimise environmental impact, promote ethical business practices and contribute positively to our community.
