TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1. Minimum term of hire is one week.
2. Day of collection/despatch or receipt of machine is not included in the hire period. All other times from day of despatch to day of receipt are included in the hire period for whatever cause.
3. DK Holdings Limited will not be held responsible for any injury, damage or other misdemeanour caused by machine or by persons operating machine of which liability will be the responsibility of the hirer.
4. The hire goods must be returned by the hirer in good working order and condition (fair wear and tear accepted) and in a clean condition. DK Holdings Limited reserves the right to charge for cleaning or repairs if the equipment is returned in a dirty or damaged condition. A minimum charge will apply.
5. For long term periods of hire, payment of hire charge will be required one month in advance of hire period.
6. A deposit is required for each machine on collection by the hirer. Any damage (apart from normal wear and tear) to machines or equipment will be deducted from deposit on return. A cleaning charge will be made for heavily soiled machines.
7. Transportation charges are to be paid for by the hirer.
8. Despatched machines will be on a pallet. On site unloading/loading is the hirer’s responsibility.
9. If the machine is purchased after one week’s hire, the hire value will then be deducted from the price of a new machine.
10. All machines and equipment remain the property of DK Holdings Limited throughout the hire period.
