Expanding Rubber Mandrel Flexible Diamond Bands
Flexible diamond bands for expanding rubber mandrels, including Electroflex and Electroplus variants, are developed for precision light grinding, shaping, and polishing applications across engineering environments. These bands are particularly effective when working with hard metals and abrasive materials, delivering controlled material removal and consistent surface finishes.
Designed to fit securely onto expanding mandrels, each band provides stability during operation while maintaining the flexibility required for detailed work. In addition, colour-coded grading allows quick and accurate identification of grit size, improving workflow efficiency during multi-stage finishing processes.
Electroflex bands offer a balance of durability and controlled cutting performance, whereas Electroplus options are optimised for faster stock removal where higher productivity is required.
Suitable for use in toolrooms, maintenance applications, and precision engineering tasks, these flexible diamond bands support both shaping and finishing operations on small and intricate components.
Custom sizes and dry-use options are available upon request to suit specific applications.
