Introducing the NEW range of PRO-GEM HS PROFILE POLISHING SYSTEMS. The Professional’s number one choice for shaping polished profiles onto the edges of Marble and Granite.

PRO-GEM HS polishing wheels have been specially designed for use on portable routing and semi automatic machines. These wheels are supplied with central water feed as standard.

PRO-GEM HS is the culmination of an extensive development programme in which each stage has been rigorously researched and tested to give the user optimum performance and superior results when compared to other makes of polishing systems.

PRO-GEM HS consists of seven stages:

• Continuous Sintered Metal Bond for rapid stock removal.
• Two grades of Electroplated to shape and calibrate profile in preparation for polishing.
• The unique four grade colour coded Pro-Gem Resin Wheels are constructed with a 4mm thickness resin bonded diamond layer which produces a fast superior factory finish.

Due to the thickness and hard wearing formulation of the resin, the life of these tools is extremely long and cost effective compared to the single layer diamond strip systems which exist in the market today.
