Flute Polishing System

The problem

Polishing flutes by hand is a very tedious and time consuming operation which normally involves using a number of small sheets of abrasive material, held by a finger and physically rubbing up and down the flute for a very long time.

The solution

The flute polishing system will rapidly achieve very highly polished flutes, in minutes rather than hours. The system is based around special coloured coded diamond resin wheels that operate at optimum performance with long life. These wheels are used with a fast and reliable air powered machine, felt wheels and final polishing powders for MARBLE and GRANITE.

Designed to be used wet.
Widths available 10mm, 12.7mm, 16mm and 20mm.
Profile wheels (electroplated) with correct width and radius to grind the flute can be supplied to order.
