Metallic Bonds are formed from a combination of various metal powders such as Cobalt, Copper, Brass, Tin and Nickel.
Metal bond diamond wheels and tools are recognised for their excellent form holding capabilities and high wear resistance, and are ideally suited for use on architectural, automotive, decorative, flat, float and plate type glass where longer life and high productivity is required.
We manufacture a wide range of metal bond tooling including wheels, parallel routers as well as radius routers, angled routers, and countersinks which can be used in conjunction with our range of electroformed glass drills. These can be made to bespoke requirements from within our ISO-accredited facilities in the United Kingdom.
