& CBN Peri Wheels
Electroplated diamond and CBN Peripheral Wheels are produced for use on Surface Grinding machines as well as Bench mounted machines.
These wheels are manufactured in both diamond and CBN. The diamond wheels are used for grinding Tungsten Carbide, Ceramics and other hard materials and CBN wheels are for machining HSS and Steels harder that 40 Hrc .
Benefits include:
- No reduction to wheels diameter or loss of shape during use.
- No need to dress wheel.
- No dust generated through wheel breakdown.
- Worn out wheels can be returned to DK Holdings to be replated giving cost savings over new wheels.
