SE20 Pneumatic Hand Trimming Machine

The SE20 Pneumatic Hand Trimming Machine offers a compact yet powerful solution for cutting, rebating, and routing a wide range of composite materials. Built for durability, this lightweight air-powered unit is well-suited for GRP, carbon fibre, and plastic composites up to 12mm thick.

Adaptable by design, the SE20 can be configured for jig following, or mounted to a bench or pedestal for stationary use in workshop environments. It is supplied with a durable safety guard and a safety lever throttle, ensuring control and protection during operation.

For routing tasks, the machine accepts 6mm or 8mm router bits. With the addition of a collet nut adaptor, it can also power 65mm diameter saw blades for more aggressive cutting requirements.

While light trimming can be performed with a 6mm router, more intensive finishing applications may benefit from the use of the SE50 Pneumatic Routing Machine, which is better optimised for such tasks.
