SD Diamond Grinding and Polishing System
Diamond tool system to grind and polish recessed draining boards in granite kitchen tops.
The SD System is now available after careful research and development to offer a simple and effective system that produces an excellent quality finish quickly.
Designed to be used wet on semi automatic and CNC machines, the eight stage system produces superb results that most competitive systems are unable to achieve.
The Eight Stage SD System consists of:
- Segmented Metal Bond for rapid stock removal.
- Coarse Electroplated to grind side angle and calibrate draining board surface.
- Five grades of Resin Bond wheels which produce a fantastic high quality polish to the angle and draining board surface.
- All profiles have central water feed with 35mm bore.

SD System is available in sizes – Stage 1 Metal Bond 86mm or 100mm diameters.
Electroplated and Resin grades 100mm diameter in 30° and 45° angles.
