At DK Holdings Limited, our Precision Diamond Tooling is the result of more than 65 years of manufacturing expertise, continuous innovation, and commitment to quality, ensuring exceptional performance for our customers worldwide.
Much like our UK manufactured products, our staff also combines the best across all our departments, from our experienced team members to our new hires and apprentices. This blend of new ideas and perspectives with our proven ethos and practices ensures we can continually offer the best service for our clients and collaborators.

The DK Ethos
Our site in Staplehurst houses each of our production departments and offices, bringing the whole team together under one roof in the heart of Kent. This has helped us build a close-knit community both in and out of work, supported by initiatives such as company trips with our Social Club, the annual Christmas raffle and celebrating milestone birthdays with custom cakes from our canteen manager, the wonderful Sue Russell. With most of our staff living in Staplehurst and the surrounding areas, we are proud to have also been a part of the local community over the last 65 years.
The DK Family
Family has always been at the centre of DK Holdings Ltd, from our beginnings over 65 years ago to today. Colin Ball and Henry Woodman-Ball, father and son from our Resin department, are just one example of how technical expertise, honed over decades, is passed between generations of our team. Colin’s advice to Henry to “always take pride in your work” has not only served both extremely well throughout their careers with us, it is also a value we instil in all members of Team DK.

Our commitment to innovation doesn’t stop at our products and processes, it also involves investing in the development of young talent. We are proud to offer apprenticeships across our departments, supporting the future of UK Manufacturing and helping the next generation of engineers enter the sector.
Our CAD and production apprentice, Freddy Beard, was one of the 2025 finalists for Apprentice of the Year in the Composites UK Industry Awards, excellently representing Team DK.

DK Support For Our People
Supporting our team with their personal career development is a priority for us at DK Holdings Ltd. Dan Sharp, our electroplating manager, began his journey at DK in 1995 as a lab operator in the same department he now manages.
Our Director of Finance, Darren Mills, has also had an impressive career journey at DK Holdings, progressing from junior accountant to commercial office manager, before becoming FD. We now regularly invest in leadership courses, further training and internal promotions to ensure each member of Team DK has the tools to support their own career progression.
