Electroformed Diamond Glass Drills

The unique electroformed diamond drill manufactured by D.K. Holdings Limited has a tremendous number of advantages over other types of glass drills. Some of these advantages include a thin wall of the tube which allows glass to be cut very fast leaving a very good clean hole. The diamond impregnation depth of a standard and thick wall drill is 12 mm. These drills are designed and manufactured to cut a large number of holes and give very good life.

Standard tolerance ±0.005" (.127mm). Tighter tolerances if required on request.

Special sizes can be manufactured to specific customer requirements with a range of various fittings.
